"If you get cheap room rate for so called 4 star hotel, be prepared....."

Only the location in the city. thats it, no more.
This hotel do not deserve to get 4 star rating due to the following: Best example of the hotel manager/housekeeping manager/supervisor failed to do his/her responsibility to make sure all turnover room clean and tidy. Room is dirty with dust all over (ceiling fan, door, corner, tables, wardrobe), black mould in the bathroom like had never been brush and clean with bathroom soap and chemical. No laundry bag, tooth brush/paste provided, bad smell aircond and room, no effort to spray a good aroma or antibacteria in the room. Small TV and TV remote not functioning, need to adjust manually like in year 70-80s. Electric kettle very small and cheap. Hair dryer no functioning. Funny thing is that, no spray bidet available. If this so called hotel owned and managed by Crystal Crown want to sustain longer in the business, put more effort for room cleanliness and you will receive more repeat guest, not only depends on popularity of their f&b/chef.
