The Creekside Inn

We were in town for a Stanford graduation celebration. This was a lovely, convenient spot with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was had a good variety of items (pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, juices). The deli next door had hot breakfast sandwiches for purchase. Too bad the creek itself is dry, but the landscaping is still lush and green.

Perfect location in Palo Alto, and great value.

Didn't know what to expect when I booked for graduation weekend, but we've been delightfully surprised. Very well run, great customer service, clean room, reliable housekeeping, comfortable room, good coffee in the lobby, nice variety of pastries and other breakfast options in the morning. Very pleasant, good experience.

The property on a large ground with garden, facilities are well-kept , and has water dispenser and laundry machines.

Beautiful garden. Great location with a terrific deli next door and a high end Brazilian restaurant on premises. Friendly helpful staff.

Bathroom in the single King room was a bit tight - much larger in the double Queens.

This hotel is one of the closest hotels to Stanford University. During our stay, I noticed many families attending Stanford summer camps chose this hotel as well. The location is excellent, surrounded by trees and very quiet. Although the rooms are small, they are exceptionally clean—probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in at a similar price range. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. 当我儿子参加斯坦福夏令营时，我们呆在这里。我注意到许多营地家庭选择这家酒店，因为它靠近斯坦福，位置便利。 酒店周围环绕着美丽的树木，非常宁静。 房间很小，但非常干净——就这个价格范围而言，这是我住过的最干净的酒店。 给我印象最深的是服务。我的英语不是很好，但入住后，酒店立即给我发了一条短信，询问我是否需要什么。无论我需要电动汽车充电信息、家务或任何帮助，他们几乎每次都会立即做出回应。 这个短信服务让一切都变得如此简单和无压力。在我逗留的整个过程中，工作人员都很友好、耐心和专业。

Honestly, not much. The rooms are a bit small, but they are very well maintained and extremely clean. For the price and location, it offers great value.

I have been staying at this hotel several times a year for the last 8 years (for work). I love the staff, the rooms, the landscaping, and the parking. Hotel staff are always accommodating, sometimes upgrading my room, allowing early check-in or late check-out (all depending on availability). As a solo female traveler, safety is #1 and I always feel safe there. It's always peaceful there, and the walls are thick so you don't hear a lot from your neighbors. ChargePoint car chargers are available, but are no longer free. WiFi is spotty depending on your building, but there were signs in my room today that they are upgrading their WiFi system, which is great news! On-site restaurant is Show de Carnes, which I LOVE since our go-to for special occasions is always Brazilian AYCE steak. On-site deli has amazing sandwiches (must try the Veggie sandwich!)

No privacy when it comes to sound. Can hear neighboring rooms cough or sneeze. Can hear their AC units turning on all night, they’re old units so incredibly startling and loud. Refrigerator also super loud. Had to sleep with my ear buds on noise cancellation mode which was uncomfortable and didn’t actually sleep. Im not a light sleeper either, so this was all very disappointing for a place with so much potential.
