"The Riverie by Katathani is excellent!"

The Riverie is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff who go out of their way to look after you. While some staff still need improvement in their English, all are very easy and pleasant to deal with. Since we were guests in their country, we appreciate their willingness to communicate in our language rather than theirs. The breakfast buffet is superb, catering to all tastes. Otherwise, food and drinks in the hotel were somewhat expensive, but good quality. Location on the river is excellent, and only 20 minutes' walk from town area. Impressively, the manager sought detailed feedback directly from us during breakfast, listened and provided immediate response to small issues raised.

Beds were a little hard, but comfort overlays were provided on request, and the manager said they plan to renew bedding later this year.

Douple room was nice and beds comfortable

It is unbelivale cold in this hotel - dont understand why the AC is running so low, even waiters are wearing sweaters. The service is not good, people are not motivated or welcoming. Didn´t really enjoy the time at this hotel. The food was very bad too.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the facilities are amazing and the pool is perfect for kids. Breakfast is very good and everyone from reception to house cleaning is very helpful. Would have stayed a couple more days if had the time.

L’établissement est très bien équipé. La piscine et les toboggans sont vraiment un plus pour les familles.

Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être mieux s’il y avait du pain de meilleur qualité et de la pâte à tartiner.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Lieux d'activités pour les enfants. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Situation de l'hôtel en bord de rivière : très charmant (+ illuminations le soir). Personnel très agréable. J'avais oublié un collier dans notre chambre. Un membre de l'hôtel a pris l'initiative de me contacter et me l'a fait livrer vers le dernier hôtel de notre séjour. Super initiative et réactivité ! Merci beaucoup !

Piscine assez froide (nos jeunes enfants n'ont pas réussi à y rester longtemps). Qualité des dîners moyenne.
