I enjoyed my stay here!! My first time at this hotel and La Meridian
The staff from valet attendants to the front desk had personality and made you feel good you chose this hotel .
When I was staying at the hotel - the bar and the restaurant were closed because the air conditioning was not functioning on the first floor. I had a very long wait to check in and actually left and came back after dinner to check-in. Because the hotel is downtown - parking is a premium and hard to secure because all parking requires a downloaded app provided by the city. All payment is on line. No people present at parking lots. No real restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance to the baseball stadium. Nice hotel. Valet only parking should be clarified a little more!
We only stayed one night but it was okay. The air conditioning did not get very cold and getting the right amount of towels was a hassle.
I would never stay here again. The valet was full and there was no direction as to another location to park, the tv in the room did not work, the internet wifi was down the entire time; the bathroom didn't have one single towel to use for a shower.
We came down for Cubs Cardinals. Hotel was an easy walk to the stadium.
My room was 74 degrees, I got stuck in the bathroom in my room because a heavy sliding door went off its tracks, the internet was so slow that I needed to use my own phone as hotspot, and the staff did not seem to care when I complained. Stay elsewhere...
