Was very good, but the parking need to upgrade. Did not care for that at all. Where I had to park my car at.
Greeted warmly by Judy(?) at the concierge/front desk for my check-in. Room & bathroom were both beautifully designed, furnished, & appropriately clean. The young gentleman in charge of housecleaning was courteous & accommodating when asked for spare hand towels. A truly enjoyable weekend-long stay. Thumbs up!
All staff members (valet, front desk, restaurant) were friendly and attentive. Convenient to the Gateway Arch Park and Ballpark Village/Stadium. Rooms were very large and well-appointed. I did not love the pillows, and I prefer a top sheet rather than just the duvet. Everything else about the room was great. The valet is $45/night. I parked on the street--but if you want to avoid feeding the parking meter, you can only park between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Air conditioning in both rooms I booked did not work.
It took us a moment to get to the hotel due to one way roads. But it was nice having valet to handle the parking. We didn't use the restaurant. The staff was all friendly. Quiet. Clean. We liked it and would recommend to stay there again.
Beautiful hotel and great staff. The room was clean and well kept.
My wife and I arrived and was met with smiles from check in and check out. Front desk and valet parking staff are awesome! We dressed up for a wedding and when we walked through the lobby the staff complimented on how well we looked. Made us feel really good because we don’t dress up much. Loved our stay!
