Staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly.

on arrival was told i had to pay £20 for a full days parking, as i stated i was not staying for a 24hr period, still had to pay and across the road parking was only £7.50 massive rip off.

parking charge of £20 and broken floor tiles in my room, yes i reported to the cleaner, my wife actually cut her foot, breakfast was not fresh and quit dried up.

The location was fairly good although a bit of a walk from the station & to the First Direct arena. The staff were friendly & the room clean. The breakfast was good but not excellent…

The second (triple ) room was too small for the pull out bed settee, the 3 girls sharing found it too crowded. The sink plug in one of the rooms wasn’t working & so the sink took ahead to drain - we eventually took the plug out completely! The hot food at breakfast had no mushrooms or grilled tomatoes & the fresh fruit was limited.
