We loved this place. The location is great, quiet but also you can do small hikes from there and also go to the Tayrona park very easily. You have direct access to the sea which is very rough but beautiful and if you don't like it you can also swim and relax in the pool. Room was very nice and clean. Food is amazing, it's not cheap but that's something we knew beforehand and it was very delicious. Staff is friendly and very welcoming.

If there was iced coffee and if you could drink out of a coconut I would have rated the place a 12 ;) Just kidding, there is nothing serious to complain about.

Great attention and care. Staff worried about our every concerns and assured my family was satisfied with every need.

This was the best hotel on our entire trip through South America! Beautiful pool and beach area and nice and spacious rooms. The food was also very tasty and the staff was super friendly and so helpful with everything! We extended twice! Highly recommend!!

Our stay at La Mar de Bien was a living dream! The staff was so warm, welcoming and helpful. Samantha and Alfredo are very sweet and attentive. The room we stayed in was Mar Picao was beautiful and very comfortable and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the premises and two hammocks on the terrace to lounge in as well. My husband and I are both vegan and they made sure to have a vegan menu for us. The breakfast is included in the stay and it was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool and the beach which are both on the premises of the hotel. Our main goal was to see El Parque Tayrona and the hotel is 15 min away from the park. We also got to book a tour through the hotel to see Rio Don Diego. Our tour guide was amazing! We learned so much of the history of the river and the indigenous history of the area. He picked up us up and dropped us back off to the hotel as well. If you're into nature, beautiful scenery, and a quaint, chill vibe then La Mar de Bien is the place to stay. We will be back!
