Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MXN 15 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Great price. Very basic. Tv only plays Fox News. Close to all sorts of taquerias making a Cozumel getaway very affordable.

"Fab place to stay"

I really liked this hostel. Staff really nice, helpful. Beds comfy, although curtains around bed could fit better. Room size ok. Kitchen good, although only one hob, so cooking could get troublesome if lots of guests. Good showers. Fab big size common area. Pool is small but nice. 7/11’s nearby + big supermarket. 10 min walk from ferry terminal.

Hight of bunks low, difficult to sit up comfortably

"Relax and recharge yourself here"

The hammocks and palmera garden is lovely to relax in. Kitchen set-up and fridges/ systems for everyone's food is very organised. Staff very helpful.

The mattresses in the dorms are all old and worn out, you can feel the springs coming through. Also the non-alcohol policy should be mentioned on their property description please before arrival.

"Will never return there"

Centrally located & free parking

- Only cash payment is allowed - Not so clean, neither the common spaces nor the rooms nor the swimming pool. - No vibes at all, nothing happening and no activities and no one using the common spaces.
