It was a great place to stay and i would definitely stay again

They open only untipll 8pm you eill loose your money if planes arrive late. Spoke with manegement and expedia, and I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. Avoid this place., and reas the fine prints about no having people in front desk

Knocked the door for 15 minutes and I called 3 different phone number. My room was dirty. The person came to change everything but no TV. The cleaner person decided to give another room cleaner but by the street and it's very very noise until late nights. Was very hard to sleep until midnights. The hostal is in the second room hard for old and kids to go upstairs.

Try to attend more to your clients

Stayed there for two nights. The biggest problem is the noise. There is a convenient store/bar located on the first floor. Loud music played from 7am or earlier to midnight of Saturday night, 10pm of Sunday night. I was the only one living there during the two day period. On Monday morning (Labor Day) about 6:30am, there were few workers starting to work. Drilling sounds and loud “Thump” sound mixed together. On the same night, there were about two hours power outage, I almost didn’t sleep on the night. Other problem: Was told that is a very unsafe neighborhood! Highly NOT recommend!

Not good. No dedicated lobby. Bugs.

On arrival there is no lobby to check in. The rooms were not ready at the time of our check in. The rooms were dirty, no A/C, roaches, ect. We did not stay!! Because of the condition and area we did not feel safe!! They took our money with no refund and Expedia gave us trouble as well! Do not stay here please

The property is in a deplorable condition. There was no staff member available to facilitate admission into the facility. All doors and gates were locked. Based on the area of facility and the nonavailability of staff I was traumatized. I will be seeking a refund

I couldn’t not check in due to no one was at property.

When I saw the price of the stay, I could not believe it. Once I saw the room I understood why it was so inexpensive. After staying in the room for a few hours, I realized that I had overpaid the the room. There were bugs everywhere, no blanket or curtains, and the bed frame was a concrete slab. I won’t go into more detail, but this is not a place for vacation. The average rating was a 4 out of 10, but it should have been no more than a 1.
