Clean, basic hotel room in a more residential area. Some noise from the colmado downstairs, but not late at night. No frills, but working A/C, good price and helpful location (not far from a tren urbano station). My biggest issue was with arriving quite late at night, and the room not being available

Property is in a dangerous part of Puerto Rico

This hotel was extremely disappointing! We stayed one night. No comforter or blanket provided, just a small sheet with two flat pillows. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It’s a cement base with a hard mattress on top. My back and neck still hurt from the one night. Limited number of accessible plugs for devices. Staff is not present on the property. It was such a rough stay the one night that we had to rent a second hotel to stay at for the remainder of our trip. Truly disappointed.

I didn’t stay. I called the hotel over and over because of my flight getting delayed and I never got a response from anyone. After paying for one night I slept in the rental car with my daughter in a different country. This place and service sucks! Now Hotel.com is giving me the run around for my refund staying the hotel fee was not refundable…but how was I able to make any accommodations if they never answered the phone.

We chose not to stay. Poorly maintained, long unfriendy stairs. No front desk, spanish only. We never saw the rooms, we can only judge by the outside.

That location is not appropriate for tourists people, no parking, to much noise, laugh music until 4:00am in the morning, poor customer service, a drunk guy hit the car I rented, and run! Don’t even waste money and time goin to this trash place! Everyone complain about this trash place and Expedia still don’t do anything about it! So don’t make my mistake and read the reviews before goin to this garbage

It’s at getto area no parking the check in is in the store in the Conner

There is no reception. The owner doesn’t speak English at all. There is no enough charging plug at the room. The area seems unsafe and not good restaurants nearby.

The property wasn’t safe or clean. Very unsafe and in a bad area.
