No cleaning . No good

No service

I called and left messages four times but never got a call back so I just showed up. It took about half an hour for the woman to come and let me in. She told me I had to pay a $20 cleaning fee in cash. The site I booked through doesn't allow that kind of thing but I needed a room. My first room had a broken toilet. My second room only had hot water, the cold didn't work. Neither room I had looked anything like the pictures online and I reserved a queen bed but both had full size. It also had only one electrical outlet for the entire room. That meant I couldn't use the TV, refrigerator and charge my phone at the same time. I ended up unplugging the TV because the Wi-Fi didn't work and so the TV didn't work. There was also no trash can in the room so I tried leaving trash outside my door but no one never came to pick it up. The place was just in generally bad repair. It is above a shop that plays very loud music at night and the street itself is not in the nicest area, very noisy Good: cheap and clean Bad: Scam fees, noisy, nothing works

It was cheap- wasn’t expecting much. Room was clean and quiet. Check in was a little confusing since lady didn’t speak English and I arrived after hours

They falsely advertised fake amenities. They were not near the ocean. There was constant noisy music until 12:30 am . We were only provided with one bath towel each for three days, no wash cloth no soap nothing was in walking distance. Very unsafe and unpleasant environment. I would like our money returned because of false advertising.

This was the worst stay we ever had. No dolor in bate. No toilet paper. Never saw anyone with the hotel in 3 days. Disaster of a stay

This was one of the worst stays ever taken. We went the first night and no one was there and so we had to walk in the streets and find a new hotel. We went back and no one even said sorry the second night. The place seemed like a brothel and women came in and out all night of the halls. There was no soap, hot water, hand towels. They blasted music at their store they owned into the morning. They never came in and cleaned. The gate had been damaged so that people could place a rock and anyone enter. This place will help put Expedia out of business. I doubt Expedia will refund first night.

Multiple attempts to contact property in order to cancel and get refund before deadline. Take a wild guess. Then Expedia leaves matters up to you, but did not have an issue collecting my payment. Hard working people just do your own booking and read reviews.
