If you plan to take the chance and book here, GET THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE. You’re going to need it. I booked a week. Stayed one sleepless night. Displaced person at entry door. Front door opens into a steep stairwell Locked wrought iron door. No one around. No office. NO ONE ANSWERS OR RETURNS CALLS REGARDING CHECK IN. Walked around to the corner store to the building and ask the woman at the register if she knew anything about the “hotel.” She asked if I was needing to check in. She then gets some info from me, makes a call, and asks that I wait over by some chairs a moment. It’s very loud - a half tienda/half neighborhood billiards bar. She calls me back and tells me someone will show me in and hands me a piece of paper with my room number and code to punch in on the stairwell and room keypads. It’s a man that’s there at the bar. He walks me up the stairwell, he tells me what the code is (same as on paper). He walks me to my room door, tells me THAT number BY HEART, and lets me in. There is no keyless deadbolt or swing lock. The room looked clean, but when sink started leaking down the base, it was filthy. Toilet: filthy. Room floor: filthy. There was NO hot water Thurs. and they said Monday would be first day to even look at it. The windows do not shut. No WiFi. DIY everything. Water filled up in the shower. Thumping vibrations and loud yelling from market below until 1am. Guy who let me in said owner “might” refund, but even hotels.com could not reach them via phone.

Didn't like the fact that there was no hot water for any of the rooms in this hotel. Will definitely be staying somewhere better next time.

I stop to sleep my last night vacation near the airport, but have a bar under the hotel, the music is loud enough to shake the room. No way you can rest before go to airport 5:00 am to get my flight.

Clean room Air conditioner Clean and large restroom Needed to locate owner via the office on other side of street. Were courteous to walk us into room and shared the access codes where needed. There is music going on but it’s not bothering us. Good we have something to rest at for the night before the morning flight..

There is no website and the phone number does not work. The arrangements are misleading and not accommodating. This is a scam and should not be available for Expedia customers.

No service desk or person on location for help.

The room conditions were unbearable and we couldn’t stay and immediately left the property. There was no door separating between bathroom and main sleeping area and the toilet smell was nauseous. We observed cockroaches crawling on the floor.

The owner is rude apartment motel is dirty, we never have wi fi , not hot water , spider is all over in room.
