"Needs a re-think "

Basic hotel and not the best attention to the customer. The front desk staff are friendly. Sure, a basic room is just that but this is very basic indeed. The room does not have a mirror - what hotel room does not have a mirror ? It’s a mystery!? Pool area is very tight - flattering pics!? The website suggested this is a boutique-style hotel but it’s really not. Breakfast is really basic and presented pre-pandemic style. We had breakfast one day and then didn’t bother. Not good value for money. Sorry!

Superbe hôtel. Belle piscine. Extraordinaire petit déjeuner. Belles grande chambre confortable. Mauvaise insonorisation mais heureusement le secteur est assez tranquille.

Staff and accommodations were excellent! From the moment you check in to the moment you leave, top notch customer service. The bartender’s skills, especially with mojitos and expresso martinis, were beyond compare. You can quickly tell that all the drinks were made with love! Absolutely Delicious!

La chambre donnée ne correspond en rien aux photos sur votre site.toute petite chambre avec 4 lits (1 lit double demandé) Une seule fenêtre donnant sur un couloir extérieur avec vue sur les autres chambres! Serviettes de plages usées ,chambre étroite et vieille salle de bain avec des joints sales. Nous allons faire une réclamation en ce sens sur votre site .le prix payé ne peut en aucun cas correspondre à cet hôtel référencé 4 étoiles sur hôtels.com et qui est loin du 4 étoiles attendu.

Kind staff! Very close to the center eara (food,bars and shopping)5-10 min walk. I took room with pool view so i had a little balcony,it was very nice. The only downside was the the flow of the shower was weak, they said that between 18-21 all the people in the island take a shower and this is the reason.
