Zefi Hotel & Suites

Lovely little hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Only 5 min walk from the vibrant centre of Naoussa. A car is recommended if you wish to discover all the wonderful beaches and beach clubs around the island

Check in was okay. The man was very nice. The only issue we had was we were told a room that said it was for 4 people had only a double bed in it which didn’t make any sense to me. Because of this they “upgraded” us. The upgraded rooms air conditioner didn’t work. At first we thought we weren’t working the unit correctly. The front desk was very nice and said they would stay while we were out and make sure everything was up and running before we got back. We got back and it was a good 90 degrees in the room. Again they were really nice but told us they were completely booked so she couldn’t move us to another room. She would have someone come first thing in the morning to look at the unit but we could open the windows for the night. There are no screens on the windows and I get attacked by mosquitoes. On top of the fact that it wasn’t any cooler outside than it was in the room. It was a miserable night of no sleep. The next morning they checked the unit and found the problem but said they couldn’t fix it for a couple more days but could move us. It was all a huge hassle and one entire night of making the room completely useless. Afterward the extremely rude manager told us that all she would discount was 60 euros (not even half of one night) and then kicked us out.

The team that takes care of you were exceptional. The cozy boutique environment was lovely as well, ensuring you aren’t overwhelmed by crowds yet still have all the great amenities. Location in town was fantastic as well.

disappointing in a few ways, we booked and paid for a premium room with a pool view, we didn’t get this room, our original room (35) that we were shown was then given to a family as they didn’t like their room and we were moved, to a room without a pool view, also it was our honeymoon this was on the booking but wasn’t recognised, I have been a gold customer previously now I’m a silver, no perks what so ever for us, treated not reasonably, didn’t get what I paid for

We had the most amazing time at the Zefi hotel. The staff are incredibly lovely, helpful. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. The room was very spacious.

Check-in was easy. Room was a good size with nice decor and a balcony overlooking the pool. My first night I was a bit chilly so I took the blanket from the spare bed and the following day when I returned to my cleaned room, house keeping had left me another wool blanket which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was not huge but such a delicious selection of hot and cold items I was satisfied every morning. There were only stairs to my room so anyone with mobility issues should ask for the ground floor. It looked like the bathroom door had a hook but this was gone so there's nowhere to hang a towel. There's a drying rack on the balcony but somewhere in the bathroom would be useful and no note about keeping towels to save the environment. All the staff were friendly yet professional. Hotel is well located and within walking distance of lots of lovely restaurants, bars and the bus stop.

Das Hotel ist schön. Abzug gibt es leider für die Hellhörigkeit. Die Türen zum Bad und Zimmer neben uns (kann wohl für Familien als Doppelzimmer gebucht werden) waren leider sehr dünn und waren extrem hellhörig. Da hat man sich nicht unbedingt gefühlt, als habe man Privatsphäre, weil man alles gehört hat...
