The property was good in that it is close to downtown. The pool area is also enjoyable with a nice bar and good barman on staff. The problem we had was with management and lack of communication with the front desk. We were given a room with an indoor jacuzzi that hadn’t been cleaned in days. It had a very bad smell and it was impossible to enjoy the room. When we made this comment to the front we were told that someone would come to clean it now and the smell is due to the previous guests specifically not allowing the staff to clean it. The staff person then came immediately after and cleaned the area which took him a good hour. I found it quite problematic that we were given a room that was essentially not clean or ready for new guests. The thought of what if we had gone into the jacuzzi is pretty gross. Overall, for the price I paid this is completely unacceptable.

Front desk staff were friendly, breakfast provided was nice. We ordered a burger off the menu and it came out completely raw in the middle, upon bringing it to the attention of staff they just put the whole burger back in the oven and re-served. Staff had a poor attitude about our request. Overall an okay stay, however I wouldn’t recommend ordering off the snack menu.

traveling as a group 3 rooms were great and cozy but on had a small shower. It is an intimate hotel for your stay and very relaxing
