温泉の温度管理に問題があり、非常にぬるかったり、熱すぎて入れなかったりという状態だった。

Absolutely loved our stay in Kusatsu. The private onsen was incredible. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect way to relax. The room was stunning, especially the open-air bath, which felt luxurious and serene. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. A truly memorable experience and one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend

Not long enough.

Very friendly staff, amazing food and most of all, there are many different types of hot springs you can enjoy. The property has a private balcony onsen and three private onsens outside so your family can enjoy. Every part of this hotel (Ryokan) is thoughtful. Meal is very traditional style and get to enjoy so many different dishes in one sitting. Different dishes were served on the second day so if you happen to stay more than one night, you will not get board. Public onsen on male/female side is different but switches each day so you can enjoy both sides.

Food, onsen, room, staff, the property is very top class so you won’t have any regrets but the cost of stay is on the higher side in this area.

This is a beautiful hotel/onsen. It is quite large, though. If you are looking for a quaint, quiet location, maybe another place would be good. The staff did an excellent job with the relatively large number of guests. There is a van that will take guests to the city center which is a real treat. The baths were very high quality. The water is excellent and the variety of baths was a welcome aspect. The server staff and front desk staff were amazing; pleasant, professional, and kind.
