Yuyado Tokinoniwa

飯店提供輕井澤站南口直達的接駁車，交通非常方便，與 LaVista 共用，需提早預約。整體設計充滿傳統日式溫泉旅宿風格，庭園優美。員工態度親切，樂於協助。 館內設有休息室，平時提供咖啡與茶飲，下午有關東煮，宵夜供應簡易拉麵，早上還有養樂多，服務內容相當多元，這部分表現不錯。

大浴場與房間整體設施維護不佳，感覺缺乏用心。很多地方都發霉. 房內浴池木頭剝落，擔心刺傷；水槽水漬明顯。大浴場設備老舊且未妥善維護，燈具損壞未更換，蒸氣室故障且似乎已壞很久，浴湯內腳踏毛巾長時間潮濕。戶外溫泉水溫不足，下雪天泡湯反而覺得冷。三間貸切風呂中有一間無法使用。 房間空調故障，室內過熱且無法調整，反映後僅提供電扇，仍然悶熱，整晚幾乎無法入睡，隔天向櫃台反映後才更換房間，溫度才稍有改善。 晚餐事先告知不食用牛肉與馬肉，飯店回覆一律無法更換，且實際上桌菜色與菜單內容不符，體驗不佳。

Everything was perfect! We didn't eat at the ryokan, so I can't comment on that but everything else was awesome. There is a shuttle bus to and from the yubatake area with a fixed schedule, so it was convenient. The staff was kind, the late ramen and other snacks included in the rest area were delicious; the open air baths were relaxing; and our room was spotless. The best ryokan experience yet.

Fantastic retreat up in the mountains. Couldn’t have been more happy with the room and facilities.

Services are good but some of the furnitures in the hotel room are run down
