接待人員親切有禮，房間整潔舒適，配置房內溫泉，大眾湯和戶外池非常棒，稍微可惜的是剛好有一邊在維修，酒店提供往返輕井澤和湯畑的接駁車，非常方便。

沒有不喜歡的地方

Great! Amazing Onsen

The dinners were simply outstanding and the Restaurant staff are to be congratulated for their excellent service . The 2 ladies attending to our group spoke good English and were incredibly helpful explaining each dish . They also took note of our dietary requirements.

We truly struggled with the heating in the room . Whatever the setting , it remained way too hot and hence uncomfortable to sleep . We relied on a translator app as everything in Japanese , but either the App or settings wrong.

So relaxing. The facilities and staff were exceptional.

Somewhat difficult to get around. The shuttle service is very nice but has its limitations. The whole town is mountainous so a ten minute walk can be strenuous. Cabs aren’t really available.

In-room onsen and room was very good. Very nice traditional ryokan feel. Staff were very helpful and less of a modern vibe ryokan which was nice.

The private onsens we’re tepid. Not sure how onsens work so likely not the properties fault but detracted from the stay and worth considering if you’re visiting in Winter. The kaiseki was just ok, not going to blow your mind.

Nous avons tout aimé, le service, le personnel qui est au top et toujours disponible et polis , la qualité des produits de soin disponibles. Facile d'accès depuis la gare des bus de Kusatsu. Yukata à disposition, oreillés à choisir si vous le souhaitez également. Merci au personnel pour les efforts fournis concernant la communication et le service. Le onsen était parfait et très agréable! Merci infiniment pour cette expérience ! Nous reviendrons certainement et vous recommanderons auprès de nos proches!
