Our first onsen experience and it was lovely. The room was incredible and the staff very helpful and kind.

It's an authentic Japanese hotel. The mattress and comforter is really comfy. The natural hot spring bath in the room is a plus. Grilled fish in breakfast and dinner was delicious. There's free ice cream and ramen at the certain time.

Staff can communicate very little English and there's really small flexibility in the dinner request. Every guest needs to take the shoes off when you first enter the reception area which is a bit inconvenience.
