"Lovely, cozy ryokan stay with great service"

Clean cozy facilities, great amenities, and great service. Despite not speaking a lot of English, they ensured we got the help we needed, from providing new towels/bedding/yukata to shipping our luggage to our next destination.

Private baths were not reservable, which was slightly troublesome but not a dealbreaker.

Overall property exceed my expectations, photos on booking don't make justice to this place, it is amazing! Common onsens are very beautiful, especially outdoor ones, they also change lady/gentlemen sides each day so you can experience all of them! Private onsens option is just amazing! You don't need to book it so there is no rush, just check if it's free and go. Water in all baths has different temperatures also. There is also variety of free snacks and hotel providers clothes to use inside.

Location is bit far away from all attractions compared to other options. Rooms are also a bit old.

Very nice traditional japanese ryokan, it has private and open air onsen, also offer bus shuttle from the station and to centre of town, although is costly but the experience was worth it.

The room I stayed in it doesn’t have window curtain, get a pair of eye mask if you not a morning person.
