"Exceptional"

Wonderful spa and Onsen area. Beautiful common room with snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Good breakfast, the hotel has a shuttle service to the city centre.

Many signs at breakfast or private Onsen occupation signs were in Japanese only. The armchairs in our room looked very dirty and used. Shuttle buses could be more frequent and run a bit longer. The last bus leaving centre for the hotel is at 8 pm. Bar in the hotel closes very early, we weren't serviced at 9 pm.

泡湯體驗很好，晚餐好吃，停車場到櫃檯是走階梯抬行李比較不方便 夜鳴的拉麵味道要再加強一下

發給的浴衣很醜，想要好看的到櫃檯去領 但是櫃檯的尺寸並不齊全，有些人乾脆就穿著自己的衣服

"温もりの宿…また帰りたい"

昨年家族と利用しました。あまりの居心地の良さに今回2回目の訪問になります。全体的に木の温もりを感じられ、温かみがあります。全館畳で照明も柔らかい。素晴らしく手入れされた中庭を愛でながら過ごす事ができます。古いながらも趣のある建物、家具。何といっても無料の貸し切り露天風呂…良かったです。朝食はどれも美味しかったですね。

全般に職員さんの対応は素晴らしいものでしたが、駐車場で何人かのスタッフさんとすれ違いましたが残念な感じでした。

スタッフの方（受付その他の皆様）の対応は素晴らしかったし、サービスも満足！そこだけ見たらまた行きたかった。 しかし、部屋に前利用者の使用済み浴衣があるなどしたため、清掃担当への不信が拭えず、部屋にあるコップ等は衛生面が気になり、使う事が出来ませんでした。 また、ティーパックが置かれていても電気ケトルが無い（案内のファイルには記載有）、置き時計が1時間ズレている、棚の引き出しが勝手に開くなど部屋には問題点が多かった。 清掃担当には、チェックリストを使いダブルチェックを行うなどしっかり指導をお願いします。 近くの居酒屋「遊月」はとても美味しくリーズナブルてお薦めです。
