フロントスタッフがいなくて、また、チェックインに 時間がかりすぎ、さらに個人情報を取り過ぎる。停電があぢたにもかかわらず、館内放送が稚拙。外国人は恐らく恐怖と不信感に満ちたはず。

マニュアルどおりに忠実過ぎて、段取りが悪い。残念。
