I love this place! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment you get there until the time you leave. They provided us with welcoming wine and daily water bottles. We got upgraded so our room was very nice with an amazing view as soon as you step out of your room. Everything was clean and house service was nothing but amazing! Breakfast was very lovely as well. Really like the fact that they prepared hats and beach bag for youIt is a short walk from hotel to the main shops and restaurant. Would definitely come back here!

"Awesome Hotel"

It was an incredible stay. Staff and customer service is outstanding. They make you feel like family from the moment you arrive to the hotel. They accomodate to your needs , always trying to exceed expectations. Hotel location is beautiful and peaceful. Rooms are verg clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. Overall, great experience, look forward to coming back.

"amazing hotel"

We stayed for 5 nights in August 2018 at this amazing hotel. The room was lovely and we had a large balcony with a private pool (honeymoon suite). Cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate.The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us, the service was great.

After 3 weeks in Greece, we came back home a couple days ago. Canaves Oia in Santorini was beautiful. Again, great staffs who are so friendly, polite and helpful, the best view the hotel offers, delicious breakfast. All these make your stay very enjoyable. The hotel manager said he "pretends to work" but he indeed did an excellent job supervising the overall operations. A special thank you note to Guiannis (hope I spelled your name correctly). Thank you for teaching me how to pronounce "Rizogalo" correctly. Thank you for your attentive breakfast service every morning. We really enjoyed our breakfast time thanks to you =)

"This hotel was amazing in every way possible."

This hotel was amazing in every way possible. The facilities and rooms were fantastic. We had a honeymoon suite which had a private balcony and plunge pool and was very spacious. The staff was exceptional and attended to every need we asked for plus some. Everyone from Managment, Reception, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage gave exceptional service. This may have been the best resort experience we have ever had!

"Beautiful location on the most Beautiful Greek Isl"

The Hotel staff is so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very large for an European hotel. The food was very good and the location is the most desirable in Santorini. Went in April and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
