Our stay was flawless! We stayed 9 nights, which isn’t normal for the islands, and everything was perfect from start to finish! All of the staff, from the front desk to the maid service staff, were all warm, friendly, and ready to assist! I can’t praise this hotel enough! Christina in reception was delightful!

Great location with magnificent view in a great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Vicky and Christine were especially helpful and upgraded us. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oia.

I can't even begin to say enough wonderful things about this hotel! We arrived at the hotel very early before check in and the staff was beyond accommodating! They made sure we had breakfast, welcomed us with a cocktail and were extremely helpful in allowing us to get completely ready and dressed their lobby restroom so we could take pictures before our room was ready. Once we got our room, we were treated to roses on our bed, a bottle of wine and a great fruit platter. The room was very spacious, with a great bathtub and shower. The only downfall to this hotel was that the hot water was not working for part of the time. The hotel knew about the problem and had it fixed in a timely fashion. Again, I can honestly say this was, the only downside of this hotel and it certainly wasn't anything the staff could do to fix it any better. Our room had a private tub and an AMAZING view. The private tub was nice, but with such an amazing view, hotel and location it almost wasn't even needed. The food at this hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was included, and you got to pick Ala cart what you wanted. Every thing we chose was great. It was some of the best greek yogurt I have had. Lunch was also were good, and served with fantastic service at the pool. Every staff member was polite, friendly and out going. The owner or the manager even walked around and greeted us and had a personal conversation.

My wife and I had a long weekend at Canaves Oia. Everything about this hotel is great, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, the rooms were immaculate, the facilities first class. The hotel has a very intimate feel. The best thing however were the Champagne breakfasts and the long afternoons looking out over the Caldera from a fantastic view point!

If you've explored Santorini, you'll know that Canaves Oia is the best hotel on the island. Aside from it's sheer beauty, perfect location which overlooks the Caldera, and the immaculate grounds, you won't find better service or kindness on the island. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and host the best views in Santorini. The hotel has great amenities and if this location doesn't have them, their sister properties do. And the front desk staff was extremely helpful in recommending fun things to do around the island. All and all, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

This was by far one of the best stays we've ever had!
