The staff was very helpful and the service was excellent. We ordered breakfast in our room and the food was really fresh and the service very fast. Our rooms were also very neat and clean and our experience with hotel New York Plaza was superb. Highly recommended.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location and spacious room.

The washroom taps not working properly. Poor maintenance of wardrobes. Inadequate tea bags and milk sachets.

Bedding not clean

It is comfortable. Host makes it a point that you are served. Food is cooked with order and was very good. Overall nice experience with the money I paid.

The hospitality is amazing staff are 5 star, they make you like home and very comfortable. Rooms are very specious and hygienic. Washrooms are very big and clean to. The staff is very polite and amazing very friendly. Room view is also good. Location is very good as on main Highway . Parking space is very good. Food is very yumm. Will visit again in this hotel. Kudos to entire hotel team and Mr. Ritid Mehan owner of this hote hel is such a gentle person thanks alot for making our stay superb.
