The location is good . The extra bed facility is ridiculous . The sanitation system seems choked emitting foul smell in the rooms .

The property can be managed more professionally . The linen and extra bed service needs improvement .

Walls are not good quality

The staff Mr. Dinesh and his son are simply awesome and very kind. The property has the potential to become very good with excellent room size for Executive Rooms.

The property project is incomplete and the whole first floor was never completed. The floors which have been called completed also are missing the basics like wall paint. Only base coat/POP was done on the walls. The lighting in the room was fluctuating and overall it sounded very eerie to stay there especially at night time. Will actually not recommend booking this property unless their is no other options left in the town.

The property isn't even fully built. Basic amenities missing. Only cash payment possible. Hardly occupied. We trusted the Booking.com reviews but they don't match the reality. Located on the highway. Strongly not recommended for decent families and couples. Doesn't deserve any star rating. Our trip was ruined. Lost trust on Booking.com as well.

Ritid (owners son) was amazing. Very helpful, spoke really good English, even had great suggestions for future travel. The rest of staff also really tremendous, quick with service. The food at the restaurant was outstanding. Highly recommended. I loved that it was slightly out from downtown Una which reduced the noise level. It was a peaceful place to go to and relax and recharge. I recommend upgrading to the suite instead of the Deluxe room. It's a great pitstop on the way up to Dharamshala. It's a hotel that is still under construction so please be patient and understanding with the condition of all the facilities. Regardless check out the 3rd floor sun deck and the views from there. You'll appreciate the view. The price of the room makes it all worth it.

They are unable to take International credit cards, and I paid in cash. Especially when ATM machines in India are not always dependable.
