This hotel was nice but safety was horrible. I was traveling alone and came back one night and my door was opened. I was scared to walk in I notified the front desk and I had to call back numerous times to speak to manager. I was there 10 days spent over 1,000 and they only refunded me 1 night. That is horrible. I have contacted them again per corporate, per their local number and they are not responding back very well. Safety should be a top concern I dm very disappointed
