"Awful customer service"

Tried calling 3 times and everytime someone would pick up and say hello and put me on hold and later on hang up. Tried talking to front desk and the guy from sales and events (both the same thing) - also just saw the awful reviews about this place so definitely will not be staying there.

Nothing.

Terrible self-serve breakfast. Miss the hot made-to-order breakfasts with actual servers. Tiny room, virtually no amenities. Very loud, thin walls/ceillings, could hear everything in neighboring rooms. Staff very uninterested.
