The Crescent powered by Sonder

La ubicación es muy buena.

El horario del chek in a las 16 hs. Demasiado tarde, entre check in y chek out te sacan 5 hs. De un día, creo que con 3 hs debería ser suficiente.

De locatie was top!

De kamers zijn heel erg oud, het water deed het ook een tijdje niet.

O quarto tem um bom tamanho e conta com um frigobar e uma cafeteira para utilização. A cama é bem grande e confortável. O chuveiro é descente e oferece um banho quente. Além disso, o hotel conta com um restaurante, onde é possível tomar café da manhã e jantar (hóspedes tem 10% de desconto). O custo benefício foi ok (não foi ótimo).

O isolamento acústico do quarto não é dos melhores (tanto que fornecem protetores auriculares aos hóspedes) e as manhãs e noites podem ser um pouco inquietas (pra quem tem sono leve incomoda bastante). O banheiro é ok, mas é bem ruidoso quando a luz está acesa ou as torneiras estão ligadas (pode incomodar).

Everything about this property except the location left a lot to be desired. Property is tired. Threadbare carpet welcomes you lug your bags upstairs-because there isn’t an elevator. Rooms are hotel with window units. Bathroom is super small and water gets everywhere with the shower set up. I also didn’t know they made towels as thin as the towels in our room. No housekeeping. Nights were loud as we were over a restaurant. Check in was not good. They didn’t have my credit card info even though I had provided as requested on their site. But instead of just taking our card and swiping, he made me go back out to the site and go through the hassle of entering again. Then wouldn’t let us check in a little earlier (it was 1:40 and check in was at 4) even though room was ready. Wanted us to pay a fee to check in early even though we are titanium. Requested late checkout which the guy never entered. And late check out for this hotel is 2, not 4.

Room was exactly what I needed for the week and in a great location next to all the public transport. Really friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Not great value for money, have to pay extra for cleaning of rooms which for $$$$ should be included as it was when I stayed in a Sonder in Boston. AC unit was old and quite loud at times. Only one trash can which was in the bathroom. No signal when on 4g/5g so screenshot codes prior to arrival!

The location of the property was fantastic that came with the price.

The staff member that assisted us with check in and over the couple of days we stayed provided minimal assistance. Requesting ourselves to do the check in because their system wasn’t working. Additionally when asking for assistance with the aircon and door lock the staff member said this wasn’t the usual facility therefore couldn’t help us. Additionally asked for use of a telephone as our international phones didn’t work, again no support was provided or offered to help give us access to a phone.
