Terrible experience. 1. Room is the MOST cramped that I have ever stayed in. There is not even room to stretch properly. Think tiny Parisian hotel. What they show in the picture is not what you actually get- a bed, a tiny bathroom and that's it. It took me 2 minutes to even locate the hidden light switch (I spend >50 nights/year in hotels). 2. There is no water in the room. 3. Front desk had no idea when breakfast opened when I asked in the evening. Bizzarely, even the restaurant did not! 4. AC was blowing at max all day with room temperature at 61F, with outside temperature exceeding 80F. I could not even step on the floor without socks. 5. They need you to download an app to report any problem- I did that but the tech was pretty much useless.
