Beautiful hotel, a place to enjoy and get relaxed. One of the big pluses of AZA is that you can visit a sister hotel recognized as the best place to watch the balloons! So you get the best from both worlds

Excellent hotel, staff are great and helpful. Shout out to Musa at the pool. Excellent service from him during our. Downside is the ventilation in the rooms. Can get very warm despite AC which is not sufficient. But otherwise will return for sure if we go back to Cappadocia.

Great experience and amazing historical sites literally everywhere

Our stay at the Aza cave hotel was nothing but spectacular. The facilities were great, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the room was unique and offers a wonderful experience. The staff are helpful and very friendly. We git VIP treatment ftom all of them. Shout to Musa who tends to guests at the pool. He was very attentive, made sure we had anything we needed and managed the bar and pool area to ensure everyone was taken care of. The only negative was the temperature in the room. It was very hot in Cappadocia reaching 35oC in the afternoon. Even though there was air conditioning it was nit enough. Also King room only had a small window and there was little ventilation. Sleeping was not comfortable because of the heat. However, it appears that it is only our type of room which has this issue. Internet access csn be spotty but that is understandable given the rooms are caves. Overall, wonderful, and would definitely go back.

Amazing place!

Amazing unique hotel. Staff are amazing in the restaurant, reception. Friendly, helpful, there was nothing we asked that wasn't answered. Simply gorgeous surroundings too. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend if you go to Göreme. And don't forget to ask for the discount code for the Hot Air Baloon ride- unforgettable holiday and millions of memories. Close to the shopping, restaurants areas, the Open Air Museum, Historical National Park and a lot of Valleys to explore by foot and see the chimneys, rock formations from above. The Baloons can be seen from 5am from the terrace of the sister hotel (5min.walk). Best view for over an hour. What a spectacle!! Sunset is a stonethrow away too. Don't forget the Turkish bath is a must 👌

L'accueil dans notre langue d'origine est un plus, les chambres sont de très bonne qualité, le cadre exceptionnel, petit bémol la piscine était trouble comme non traitée.

The king suite room was beautiful inside and the local farm to table breakfast excursion that was included was amazing! The guide Shams was so passionate knowledgeable and genuinely fantastic. Alp was also able to provide us our room an hour early as we arrived in the morning. We were suggested an excellent hike too while we waited.

The property was beautiful! There were a bunch of sitting areas throughout the property. It was only a 10 minute walk to the town. It is up a hill, but still not horrible. You do get partial access to seeing the balloons, but even if the wind isn’t in your favor that day, guests have access to the Sultan hotel rooftop, which is next door. The breakfast is fantastic! And the staff are amazing. They made the experience memorable. You were able to stay in touch with them on WhatsApp, which was also extremely helpful. They helped book excursions and transportation to and from the airport. I definitely recommend the hotel.
