ZonaZ Boutique Hotel

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of parking, this facility is in a great location and the rooms where amazing. But doesn’t have any parking for the guests.

It’s really nice hotel. Would stay there again.

The property is lively. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only negative were the sheer curtains that made it hard to sleep once the sun was up.

Great location, easy access, great pillows and sheets. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and it checked many boxes for a single traveler. It was very well appointed

Curtains clashed with the chair and art. Black out curtains would have been better and in a solid pattern. Room could use a round coffee table instead of square, easy to run into the corners since the room was very small.

It was a great visit and tucked away but so close and walkable to everything. Although it is at the top of the hill, there is a tram that goes up and down nonstop. Would definitely stay again, the rooms have everything you need. Thanks for a great stay!

Quiet location but accessible to everything, definitely a bit of a climb but enjoyed the exercise. Room was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing, bed was extremely comfortable, room was cool and I didn't even need the AC. Breakfast was perfect, gave me the basics I needed to start the day, loved the fresh fruit especially. Shared terrace area was peaceful, and did catch some sun in the middle of the day.

Overall the room lacked privacy and it made it difficult to feel fully relaxed. The curtains were sheer so didn't really give me the feeling of privacy I'd want and expect. The terrace was also really exposed to the room next door and everyone using the pool area so that wasn't enjoyable either. The toiletries, shampoo, etc. seemed really cheap and I would have expected something nicer in a boutique hotel. I also would've expected body lotion which wasn't provided. Lastly, the coffee provided in the room was really sub-par. I know that's a subjective thing, but I found it undrinkable and I can drink almost any coffee.
