ZonaZ Boutique Hotel

Really enjoyed my stay there. Located in the heart of Puerta Vallarta. The funicular towards the beach near the taxi stand. Really enjoyed it.

We stayed here 3 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. All rooms face the street and have a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. Access requires climbing stairs - fine for us but it might be a challenge for anyone with limited mobility. The staff were very friendly. It’s in a good location - close, but not in the middle of the high-traffic restaurant area. Access by foot does require either climbing long stairs or riding the funicular.

Great location, close enough to walk to the beach and the malecon but away enough that it was very quiet at night. Very nice hotel.

Cool hotel in a cool area. Seriously, if you want the beach, a short walk, if you want city life, a short walk, if you want a hike, put your shoes on and walk (hike) as much as you want. The front office staff went above and beyond when we had questions. The hotel is very nice.
