Really nice stay. Villas and oceanfront location are wonderful! Only downsides for us were the restaurant - food not great and not open for breakfast and the lack of timely communication with office when attempting to book tours.

Rental unit was great and stocked with all necessary items, specifically the kitchen. Would have appreciated the pool area to be non-smoking, given the small size. One family, that owns a unit, were constantly smoking by the pool. My son and I had to keep moving around to get away from the smoke. That was frustrating and disappointing.

Our stay was great and relaxing, the only thing I found strange that it was so dark at night. There is no lighting on the beach or on the entire resort we needed a flashlight to walk down the sidewalk.

The restaurant had good food but did not offer a lot of local Belizean food.

Our favourite place is Hopkins

Was clean and had restaurants on property if you wanted to eat close to your condo. Bikes were such a fun activity. I really enjoyed being able to access town without a vehicle!
