My wife and I stayed at the One&Only Mandarina for 8 nights. The resort is amazing - fantastic location, nice beach, very private, good food, and a variety of things to do. There are a few things I think they will work out over time, including: removing the tables around the beach pool and replacing them with cabanas, some maintenance issues in some of the villas (we had a cabinet wall fall off during our stay), offering more coffee than just a small french press, and replacing items in the minibar more frequently. these items did not significantly take away from our stay - we loved the resort!

Amazing scenes... beautiful location beautifully built. Staff was fantastic. Wonderful activities and beaches are prime! However, the food needs work... way over priced, especially for the quality and taste. The free breakfast was actually the best meal available. The other three restaurants seem to be a work in progress. Just meh...

Staff went out of their way when there Was confusion about the room we booked nd when it should have been ready.We ended up with exactly what we wanted with additional trays from the hotel to make up for the confusion. Marino deserves special mention as he was so kind and pertinent with us. the room was spectacular. only rivaled by the exquisite food. Love love love one and only mandarins - had an amazing stay

My husband and I travel often and this was the BEST hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was most welcoming (special thank you to Hector and Serge) and they are so accommodating and hands on. No detail is missed. The architecture and design is out of this world. The food was delectable. Not a single complaint.
