"Power went out"

We woke up and there was no power. Turn in the key and was hoping for someone to call or email to see how we felt- breakfast was in the dark- so we didn’t eat- not sure how long the power was out.

Had to cancel my reservation due to a last minute medical reason, were unable to issue my refund even through i paid for the extra protection insurance. Very disappointed. Will not be staying at this company in the future

Yolanda at the front desk was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient! What an amazing person to have be the face of your Holiday Inn! She gets a 10+! The room is also extremely nice! Overall a positive experience! I would recommend it and we will be staying here again!

Hotel was great , pool was fun and great temperature. Karen, was amazing at keeping up with the wonderful breakfast spread , even with several soccer teams and our large family eating all at once. Karen made omelets , sausages and biscuits with care

We drove all night from Arkansas for a family health emergency. We had made a reservation for that evening. We arrived in Rochelle at 9am and really needed to get some sleep before handling a tough situation. We I went to the front desk and explained the situation the front desk girl was so sweet and understanding and allowed us to check in early. We were very grateful!
