"Pool closed "

I came from Wisconsin for the night and was expecting the pool to be open , per the site said it had a pool. Once we got there a sign was up said pool closed. Very disappointed.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Elevator did not work. We stayed on 2nd floor, had to take elev to 3rd floor then go down to 1st floor. Limited brkfst selections - toaster did not work, coffee was very watered down.

Breakfast was the best Finally a holiday inn that had oatmeal And it was freaking delicious The staff was 5 star Just the level of freshness and friendliness was outstanding I mean felt like I was at my grandparents house in northern Georgia Boomshakalaka

Room was clean and had everything I needed. Quiet area and hotel management recognizes that a lot of people travel for work and need hours where you don't hear any noise in the halls. Best part was breakfast though. The ladies that take care of breakfast are amazing and incredibly kind. Will not hesitate to take the time to talk to guests and make their experience as enjoyable as possible
