Perfect location to bars and shops comfortable beds and nice and clean

The apartment is located closer to the waterfront where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils, water cooker and toaster but no coffee machine. the bedrooms are relatively small. Pictures online do not really match the apartment, it's a little basic and all white. We had to ask for warm blankets for December since there were only summer sheets for sleeping. The AC unit in the living room was good but the ones in the bedrooms were weaker.

The rooms felt a little neglected. Pictures partially fallen and never replaced, only hooks still hanging. Shower head kept sliding down, cheap bar stools that would tilt on the side.

Apartment is situated at the harbour with sea view , very close to the local amenities. Regards Mirza

Perfect location, close to the beach and beach restaurants, one minute walking from grocery store, close to the port and bus terminal. From the balcony there is a view of the street and the sea. It is possible to swim directly on the spot or find a sandy beach 10 minutes walk away. We enjoyed the Sodap beach.

Just the location, central and close to the harbor. Check-in was possible a little earlier, which was nice.

This is definitely not a luxury apartment as the name of the apartment suggests. The cleanliness was very bad, pillows were moldy, covers and blankets and sofa were stained, Teflon pots were completely scratched (dangerous to prepare something there), bathroom full of mold. After complaining, the cleaning lady brought "clean" pillowcases that were also stained, which we wanted to put on the moldy pillows. My mother then washed the pillows and pillowcases herself. The worst thing is the construction site directly below the apartment. From early in the morning and all day long you could hear drilling machines and it was loud, even at night you couldn't sleep because of the electronic music from the bar opposite. It was definitely not a relaxing vacation and we will never rent anything from Phaedrus Living again because they didn't understand that information like construction site noise had to be in the description of the apartment before booking.

Really good location close to the see and the Harbour. Spacious apartment with balcony. Self check in is easy and communication is OK with the proprietary.

There is a renovation under the apartment in the same building. They started to work and to hit the walls in the morning, it was not really relaxing to sleep like this. One of the rooms is noisy also in the night, you can't sleep with the window open. But there is AC you can use. Some facilities are missing and if you sleep with a friend you have to share the blanket, there is no separate blankets. 2 pieces if toalet paper was not enough for a family for 5 days.

Property was clean. Property was conveniently located to the harbour.

Parking was a little difficult but the Bubble Tea shop were kind enough to open the barrier to allow us to park close to the building entrance.
