Great little appartment with all the amenities you could possibly need the appartment was very clean and presented well. Any queries i had the communication was speedy. Would definatly recommend these apartments.

The epicenter of construction and roads work around...

Very little

We were not told about the major construction taking place right out side the building, we had booked another apartment and we're told by them so cancelled that one and wasn't expecting this one to have any issues! If you want to be woken at 6.30 am go here if not avoid! The aircon didn't work so was eaten alive by mozzis and the roof leaked in when it rained heavily also the apartment didn't look like the pictures they were clearly taken many years ago! I have complained to booking. Com and the apartment neither Iterested so far

Super Modern and Clean

- love the location, a bit of an ocean view but sun went behind the buildings before setting :( - large spacious apt - clean and well equipped; kitchen well stocked - grocery store steps away - we only used one bedroom which had a very comfy bed - good communication from the host although getting into the parking could be spelled out better

- loud construction next door all day (not the properties fault) - the photos are accurate but the furniture is quite worn and the sofa cushions are soiled although comfy. We covered it with a blanket to use - the living room could use a lamp as the overhead lighting is harsh - it was a bit pricey but would be great value for two couples to share

It was not clean: bathroom, shower, floor, even bedsheets and pillows… Sink was clogged
