We were a family of 7 so we had 3 out of the 4 rooms in the suite!! We had a wonderful breakfast cooked every morning by Lisa the spread she put out everyday was amazing fresh Italian meats and cheese’s delicious grilled vegetables the roasted peppers so delish, 3 different croissants and donuts, eggs anyway you wanted she made fresh to order and cappuccino!! She truly was amazing she also did a great job of cleaning our rooms everyday.

We were very taken back when we finally found where the Sersale Suites were we walked past it 2 times and it looked like a very old run down building with really not much around. It did have an elevator thank god because it was 5 stories up!! But once we stepped inside the suite itself was very bright and clean the rooms were a bit small, pictures were a little deceiving but it worked out ok for our family.

The location is excellent, turn right out of the building and you’re literally 5mins walking from cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are really helpful and quick to respond to any queries. I don’t drink dairy milk and oat milk was bought for me to use instead. The room is very clean and a good space considering we were out more than in it suited us perfectly.

The breakfast is lovely although our personal preference is buffet style as opposed to being waited on and a table laid out in advance. We also feel the room would benefit from having a shaving mirror in the bathroom (my husband has a beard and trims it every couple days) , plus a full length mirror in the room would be great addition, especially for us ladies and getting ready for an evening out.

Each room had a theme and was very clean. The only downsides were that it is on the 5th floor of the building and there is no check in desk. Being on the 5th floor wasn’t an issue until the last day when we were checking out. They have a small elevator which we used when we got there and throughout the stay to return to our room but it was broken on the day we checked out and had to carry all the luggage down the 5 flights of stairs and unlock the outside door with the room key and then one of us had stay down there while the other climbed all those stairs to return the room keys. Overall, it was a great stay and everyone was very nice and cordial, and we would definitely book a room there again.

The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and safe. The staff is friendly and professional. Shoutout to Lisa, who prepared delicious breakfast and kept the place clean and tidy. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. I would totally stay here again!

Location is great. The staff (Lisa and Marco) are exceptional and primary components of the positive experience.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience at this location. Martina, Lisa and Marco are definitely the dream team! Lisa went above and beyond to assure our comfort each morning for breakfast. Her Bundt cakes combined with her attentiveness even supplying wine glasses to a half empty wine bottle in the room was amazing. We couldn't be happier with our experience. It's locale to everything is amazing.

Lisa, the housekeeper and person who prepared breakfast, was the saving grace for this property. She was kind and did such a lovely job. Give that woman a RAISE!

The photos and descriptions were misleading. This is not a hotel. This is a converted apartment with 4 rooms and a central space for dining. The main lobby door to the apartment was frequently left open by other tenants which raised some security concerns for me. There was also a worker who frequently worked from the common space/breakfast space and would join conference calls or have his phone on speaker which was loud and a bit disruptive. The biggest deterrent was the elevator. It had to be at least 30-40 years old and could only really fit 2 people. It offered a poor first impression that made me wonder if this was a safe place to stay. Last thing, is you are only given 1 key to the main door and to the room. I appreciate that many hotels in Europe offer only 1 room key to prevent electricity waste, however it made accessing the property challenging when traveling with friends. At minimum offering an additional front key would be helpful so we can at least get in the front door.

This is not a hotel, it’s more like an air bnb that’s been converted to a few rooms with a common area. They do have a sweet woman who comes to cook breakfast and that is great but it’s not a hotel experience.

The pictures are a bit deceiving on the size of the rooms and the look of the property (it’s in an apartment building on the 5th floor…you have to take a tiny elevator that fits only 2 people).

Great accommodations! Clean, secure, well-appointed, terrific view, AC was wonderful. Staff was very warm and inviting, great breakfast.

Water pressure on the shower was weak

Everything is great!!
