1.- We do not have charge service to the room what caused me inconvenience if the cards did not pass immediately 2.-I do not receive the treatment as a client and partner of the eurobuilding club, I do not count on the breakfast and the guest is attended as he comes to sleep only to the hotel without any other comfort!

We have stayed several times. The frustration is not the hotel but the government regulations which do not allow paying for services in dollars or exchanging dollars for local currency. This is not normal in all the countries I have visited. The hotel is not geared up to handling internaitonal tourists anymore. When I first used this hotel over 20 years ago It was just like any world class international hotel.

Nice location, reasonable prices taxis services attached speculative 3 times normal. Gift shop was so so.

Overall is a very clean and spacious hotel. Room was clean but old furniture. Shower was splilling water on the bathroom floor. Staff was corteous and very friendly.
