Close to the festival

Wasn’t told I needed to use my keycard to access my floor. The ice machine was empty frequently. No information in the room on anything. Nothing on what was available at the hotel ie restaurants, bars, gym, pool, laundry facilities or how to get room service. Sharing toiletries from a bottle not the best idea with RSV, Covid and other germs.
