The location is awesome. The level of safety is great. The game (giraffe in particular) was spectacular 🤣🤭🤭. The skills from the Spa Therapists is up there with the best.

1. We didn’t like the fact that we had to be charged “late arrival fee” 2. We didn’t like being rushed to finish our dinner and vacate the dinning area. Also, not all the foods that’s listed on the menu were available. 3. If you can consider toning down the level of lighting in the Spa treatment rooms to make it intimate and more relaxing. The same applies with the colours used. They are too bright.

The receptionist was rude since day one we got there..the time slot for activities was not matching with the one we had on the phone.the services she gave was just not good..she doesn’t have customers service..

Everything was superb wish the weather favoured us . Friendly staff

The travelling between the glamping side and the main restaurant. I wish the glamping side had a mini kitchenette so we don’t have to travel more.

A wider variety for breakfast was not catered for, I.e Hindu meals. Going forward include non beef and non pork dishes.
