The hot tub, the tent set up and the property itself, beautiful views and very serene. Restaurant staff are helpful and kind. A perfect spot for a city break.

The driving up and down for meals to the main lodge isn’t ideal for low cars. I didn’t like the hidden costs : they charge you to drive you to the main lodge and bring you back and charge you to bring the meals to you if you don’t want to drive. The hot water runs out quickly. If you choose glamping, your car really needs to be an SUV then you’ll easily get yourself to the main lodge.

Overall, the property is beautiful and well maintained.

My partner booked a tent via Booking. Com but when we arrived we were given Springbok Suite without any explanation. When we asked about the tents, we got three different stories. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The fireplace didn't have a glass so there was smoke coming out.

The staff were some of the most accommodating and friendliest I've come across. The food was delicious. Especially since I had specific dietary requirement. But chef catered to me and everything was 5 star. The condition of the tents were immaculate and the most pleasant surprise was the Doom and peaceful sleep.

Breakfast hours is a bit early, especially if you're staying at the glamping site.

Stuff is friendly and accommodating.

Shower water is always cold, restaurant menu is limited. No small fridge for the guests in the tents. Network is terrible
