Loved the hot tub. Neat and tidy room. Staff were lovely.

In the mornings (Sunday specifically) there is a lot on early morning noise from the bike breakfast runs that is very loud and can be heard clearly from the camp.

Beautiful, quiet, restful

From the entrance, Joseph was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and observant, he takes his job seriously. We were met by the camping site manager upon arrival at our tent, Anina was a great host, who was bubbly, considerate, also very knowledgeable and catered to our needs, she was quick to respond and every detail she spoke about from breakfast times to the ostriches was very informative and helpful, she is a great host, who together with the staff at the glamping site ensured our tent was warm, clean and prepared for us each day. The venue was scenic, and beautiful, away from the business of the city, it was peaceful and we felt like it was the best place for us to get away and recharge, even at night it really felt like we were outdoors camping which is the experience we wanted, from hearing the wildlife to watching them graze in the early mornings We enjoyed the experience so much that we have to comment on a few things which we feel will benefit the whole establishment in comparison to other resorts offering the same if not cheaper services

We had breakfast included in our stay and we were under the impression it would be a buffet but they served us 1 plate with limited servings (1 bacon strip, 1 egg). When requesting a 2nd serving we were told that it was going to be an additional fee. The coffee was mislabeled in a Jacobs container as decaf but it wasn't. The waitress we were given was not friendly, not accommodating, seemed agitated and wasn't considerate of our requests and orders, to be honest we don't think she was trained to work with people. 1 of the activities we did was the wine tasting, and the same waitress was now a wine connoisseur with limited knowledge about the wines on show, which was disappointing as she was unable to answer basic questions about the wine. The 2nd activity we did was the safari drive, we didn't expect much having known the amount of animals they had, but the game driver was disinterested and wasn't knowledgeable about the animals OR the area (it being an important historical place in south Africa) the game driver was unable to tell us about the caves or the landscape.

The privacy, nice facilities, especially the heated jacuzzi, friendly staff, beautiful location and close to Johannesburg

No to little running water in the showers, food at the main restaurant was average.
