The room was a bit smaller than expected & the shower didn’t work properly. Also the generator was loud & unexpected on the first morning. Also, the drive from the glamping site to the main resort for food is a bit unnecessary & long

Tent it's big and very lovely. Comfortable beds

No clean towels, sheets don't get changed. No proper draining system which I understand but at least supply detergents and strong air freshener. No communication!!! Booked for game drive and no one communicated about them having faults with both their cars until an hour later after we've asked and demanding our refund. Same food everyday, no variety.

The Tent was nice and cozy.. Restaurant, Very nice.

The driving distance to and from the lodge for breakfast, with the gravel road, was not very pleasant. I wish we didn't have to drive that far every morning, but then again, the scenery at the lodge made the drive worth it.. The price for the sunset picnic was just a total rip-off. It's not worth the price.. Breakfast was very nice, but the dinner was nothing to write home about.

The Glamping tent and hot tub ONLY!

The website advertises a Boma, but it isn’t actually available. The restaurant menu displays old pictures of dishes they no longer serve. Breakfast is exactly the same every day, which makes you suspect the food is simply reheated, except for the eggs, since they ask how you’d like them prepared. The website also states that the first batch of wood for the hot tub is complimentary, but upon arrival, the WhatsApp message tells you that you need to purchase it. Lastly, the auto-responses on their WhatsApp line, the only communication channel, do not address your questions. A lot of promises and they do not deliver.

We weren’t able to use the tub. Nd we reported it several times with no assistance we even bought the wood.

The setting with the wonderful views from each tent. The tents were extremely comfortable and well decorated.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like but if I have to comment, a few more teabags would have been perfect. Considering the size of the hot water flask supplied.
