The peace that came with it was unmatched. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient.

I liked the environment, peaceful, clean, animals roaming around, and the beautiful sunset.

There was no three-pin plug in the tent. That is one thing I did not like

The tent. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Definitely peaceful with sounds of nature all around. Tom was such a gem, super attentive. The hot tub was amazing. I really enjoyed it. I would've loved some biscuits, though, to complement the thermos and coffee/tea stuff

The toilet in the tent seems to have a permanent smell of urine. Breakfast was so disappointing. Only flavored yogurt was presented and we had to ask, on 2 occasions for plain yogurt. We ordered cappuccinos which aren't part of the buffet, they took forever, were cold and 1 was half empty. A friend ordered prawns for lunch, looked absolutely horrifying...tasted worse. Kitchen/restaurant total let down. And omg!!!! The flies!!! Flies everywhere and it is seemingly normalized. The game drive and wine tasting were also very underwhelming, waste of money.
