Location. Bed was comfy.

One plug in tent. Bad lighting in bathroom. Shower is irrigating, either very hot or very cold water as you cannot get the gas heater balanced

Room was stunning, the views of the savanna and the animals roaming free through out the day was amazing!

Electric blanket and a microwave would be a great addition!

The drive from the tents to the lodge for breakfast, would be great to have breakfast set up at the camp or served in the tent. The drive was sceanic but just a suggestion for the future.

Breakfast was very nice and also the location.

That there were no place at the tents to purchase cold drinks or somewhere where we could keep our cold drinks cold.

The peace and the views were so lovely. We stayed for some time so the first few days were amazingly peaceful. The room was absolutely comfy. We did request to be moved to a more private tent that faces away from traffic and our request was attended to very professionally. Thank you. The ladies who clean the rooms were so on point. Rooms were always clean and fresh everytime we got back from breakfast. Most places don't have a cleaning schedule and you never know what time the room will get cleaned up, so it was so refreshing to not have to plan around this or have to ask and just find it done when we came back from breakfast. The food at the restaurant was delicious especially dinner. The chef did well on most meals. And kept checking up on us throughout. All the staff members were lovely especially our waitress on the first few days. I forgot her name. She's petite and short. She was always attentive....I missed her when she was off duty. The security at the gate were so nice. We met different security personnel coming in and exiting. Very friendly and professional.

Not much really. Just a few things to point out, some may be out of the property's control. It may just be my assumption that going to a tranquil environment in nature is to get away and have peace of mind, however some guests bring speakers and blast their music for everyone else to just unfortunately endure. I get that we all have rights to do as we please since you paid. But not being able to hear the jackals and the other animals outside on the last two nights as we had on previous nights before the noisy people arrived was quite disheartening. People really can be inconsiderate. But I do wish the property could really put restrictions to noise levels that noise can only be up to a certain level or provide areas away from cap where people can blast music if they want that. The tents don't have much sound proofing as anyone can imagine so you hear it all as if it's right in your own space. Anyway when we asked the guy, I think his name is Alfred, if it's possible to get the noise reduced from our neighbours, he told us it's their right as guests so I guess that's the way it is. Bye bye peace. Breakfast did become a bit too much after a few days as they served the same breakfast daily but again the chef was so great he made a plan for us to switch it up slightly which is what you need, people who are ready to help and come up with solutions. Otherwise, it's such a tranquil and peaceful place. Loved it

I've done alot of traveling - but this has got to be the best Bed Linen and Pillows I've used my entire life. Talk about comfort We booked the resident. It was very specious, they've outdone themselves when it comes to the utensils and all items required for self catering. Massive TV and portable speaker in the lounge was a plus. The staff were nice, they wood fiire tub was an amazing experience and overall yours pleasant. I was sceptical because the ad doesn't show many pictures of the place, , so I was half blind when I booked, , but it exceeded my expectations

- Slightly unstable wifi - There's no Microwave in the unit. Couldn't warm yesterday's food the following morning
