"I would stay again. It was great price. Location was great. Staff were really nice and polite."

I loved the accessibility of the location, right opposite a tram stop. The room was spacious, clean, cool and airy.

We couldn’t look out the windows as they were frosted which my son loves to do. One window was broken so I couldn’t close it over when it got cold. How noisy and inconsiderate some guests were. I had my 5 year old with me and it was between the hours of 10-3am, they were shouting in the corridor, playing loud music, screeching and banging. I couldn’t leave the room to complain to reception so I didn’t get any sleep and my son was disturbed 4 times. He has autism so his sleep is important

Staff were okay. Quiet at night.

48 hours before arriving I emailed the hotel and asked for a fridge for insulin and as it was my birthday if they could do something special for us, they did not bother to reply, not impressed, the room looked dirty and tatty.

The beds were very comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space and draws. Hair dryer and iron were a god send. Nice to make a brew wasn't enough for us though I always take extra with me. Having a lift was good handy with having walking problems.

I would have like to see through the windows had frosted glass would have preferred a sea veiw. Could smell the drains when turning at times but in all enjoyed the stay.

The exit

The place stinks to start with dying plants on the way in and dirty windows and outside bins full of stuff dont bother paying the extra money for sea views, you wont see the sea the windows haven't been cleaned since it opened so can barely see through them beds full of hairs and toilet roll 😑 noisy as owt the tram shook the hotel every 15 mins till 12am then you can hear every footstep and noise in the hotel definitely not worth 79 quid for 1 night should have staid in my car
