"Needs a makeover"

Loved the car parking was free and the tram stop opposite. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Bed was like concrete. Very old mattress very uncomfortable. Bathroom floor was dirty. Room was in desperate need of a makeover.

Not a lot, a lovely building, that has been neglected. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was nice

The place was in very poor state, cleanliness was not a high priority and Decor was tired and shabby The room was like a cell no views, in fact the windows were frosted glass. Problems with door, locking, piles of rubbish behind draws and bedside tables. Shocking 😳 curtains hanging off the rails. Very poor would not recommend Staff were friendly and helpful
